membership. After submitting an application all applicants must undergo at a minimum a
Criminal Background Check and a A Child Abuse History Clearance Form
- A Child Abuse Clearance can be obtained through the Child Welfare Portal.
- A Pennsylvania State Police Request for Criminal History Check can be obtained here.
also A personal interview plus possibly a physical examination, skill testing or written proof of certifications/training prior to membership being granted or rejected.

COLD ZONE,WARM ZONE AND HOT ZONE
ANYONE IN THE WARM OR HOT ZONE IS REQUIRED AT A MINIMUM TO BE WRER CERTIFIED AND PREFORM YEARLY REFRESHER AS WELL AS COMPLETING FORMS BELOW

- IADRS Watermanship Test 2011
- PSD (publick safty divers only) must also include below testing
- Annual PSD SCUBA Skills Review
